These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bv9999 platform, accessible at bv9999.one, including all associated services, software, mobile interfaces, and content provided therein. bv9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, bets placed on markets that were suspended or closed at the time of placement, and bets where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement ("late bets"). In cases of voided bets, the stake amount will be returned to the player's bv9999 account balance.

For casino games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome of play. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are available within the bv9999 casino lobby. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv9999 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account for any individual player.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to place bets or interact with bv9999 services.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or manipulate tournament rankings.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing or the manipulation of sporting events.
• Using bv9999 accounts to launder money or process funds associated with illegal activity.
• Accessing bv9999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPN or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on bv9999. bv9999 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income.
